Be part of a company that’s lifting the industry - and our people - to new heights.\nYour next big move starts here.\nJob Purpose:\nThe Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generation of new client opportunities and the expansion of existing customer opportunities in the defined target market that meet the product and service sales goals and new client requirements.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSpecific Duties include, but are not limited to:\nDevelop, cultivate, and penetrate the defined selling territory and target market prospects, primarily by bringing in orders from new accounts\nThe ongoing development and deepening of existing client relationships in the selling territory\nFollow and utilize company’s sales systems and prospect development processes.\nIdentify proper prospect buying influences and correctly identify their site challenges, the reasons they are occurring, and solutions for solving their challenges.\nMeet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity and revenue objectives\nParticipate in the development of your annual sales development plan with management \nCommunicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client. \nBuild an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities and builds referral sources\nEndeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops, and organizations\nAbility to complete and present daily and weekly pipeline reports in a timely manner\nJob Requirements:\nAt least two years successful outside sales experience in Rigging/Lifting products highly preferred\nAt least three years preferred in Industrial/Equipment sales\nMust understand and utilize consultative selling \nMust be sales and results driven\nMust be able to maintain reports on quotas, prospective customers, and various other data\nExperience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite\nMechanical background a plus\nEffective problem solving skills and experience with prospects and clients\nA well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player\nAn energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image\nAn intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization across diverse cultures, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills\nMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check (including MVR) and drug screening. \nCompany Perks for Outside Sales Representatives at Bishop Lifting: Annual Base Salary + monthly bonus based on sales and territory performance, participation in our CarDataprogram, cell phone reimbursement, PTO accrual, First Day Benefits - including health, dental, and vision.
