We’re looking for someone who actively uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Python, AutoML) to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and deliver deeper insights.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyze data (BSCS,CDRs, network, charging, customer data) to identify trends and actionable insights\nWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into data solutions\nPerform data mapping, profiling, and interface analysis across systems\nSupport data migration and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy\nDevelop and execute SIT/UAT test plans and validation processes\nBuild dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) for business users and leadership\nPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management\nAI-Driven Responsibilities\nUse AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis and root cause investigations\nAutomate reporting, documentation, and test case generation using AI\nApply AI techniques for data quality checks, anomaly detection, and optimization\nDemonstrate how AI can improve efficiency across the data lifecycle\nIdentify opportunities to introduce AI-driven solutions in telecom use cases\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in data analysis with a special focus on telco\nStrong knowledge of telco systems: EMM, MSC, ICT, CCN, MAPS, SDP, CDRs\nSolid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI concepts\nStrong SQL skills (mandatory)\nExperience with Hive, Presto, Trino, or similar\nExperience with Power BI or similar visualization tools\nUnderstanding of SDLC and testing methodologies\nAI & Advanced Skills (Highly Preferred)\nHands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Python ML, AutoML)\nAbility to demonstrate real use cases of AI in your daily work\nExperience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) is a plus\nFamiliarity with AI-driven analytics, automation, or anomaly detection\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nYou don’t just analyse data , you use AI
