You will coordinate marketing projects, including case studies, video testimonials, and social media, coordinate the work of external contractors, and keep multiple workstreams on track. You report directly to the CEO and will support the LigaData team while earning valuable work experience.\nWe are not looking for someone who has done it all. We are looking for the right mindset, energy, AI skills and communication instincts.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Contractor Coordination\nCoordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent marketing projects.\nBrief, coordinate, and oversee external contractors (writers, video producers, designers) to ensure quality and on-time delivery.\nTrack project status, flag risks early, and maintain organized records of briefs, assets, and approvals.\nSocial Media\nSupport and gradually take on LigaData's social media presence.\nCoordinate content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring across platforms, within LigaData’s parameters.\nEnsure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.\nMonitor online communications about LigaData.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the communication link between contractors, internal teams, and senior leadership.\nTimely draft clear written briefs, status updates, and feedback .\nQualifications Required\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, MIS or related field.\nExcellent written and spoken English -
