You will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure clear communication, accurate project tracking, and timely delivery of milestones.\nYour primary focus will be on coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed project plans using MS Project, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability across all project phases.\nResponsibilities:\nProject Planning & Scheduling:\nSupport Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans using MS Project.\nCreate, update, and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.\nMonitor progress against baselines and highlight variances, risks, or delays.\nEnsure all project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained and up to date.\nProject Management Support:\nAssist in coordinating day-to-day project activities across technical, product, and customer teams.\nTrack action items, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.\nEnsure project governance standards and PMO processes are consistently followed.\nSupport risk management and mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management:\nAct as a communication bridge between internal teams, management, and customers.\nOrganize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, weekly status meetings, and steering committees.\nPrepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.\nProvide clear and proactive updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and key decisions.\nEnsure alignment between business expectations and technical execution through structured communication.\nCross-Functional Coordination:\nCoordinate efforts across engineering, product, operations, and customer teams to ensure smooth execution.\nEnsure dependencies between teams are clearly identified and managed.\nEscalate issues appropriately to the Project Manager or relevant leadership when required.\nPromote collaboration and transparency across all stakeholders.\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change logs.\nGenerate accurate reports from MS Project and other PM tools to provide visibility into project performance.\nEnsure documentation is organized, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.\nProcess Compliance & Continuous Improvement:\nEnsure adherence to LigaData’s project management methodologies and best practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve coordination, reporting, and communication workflows.\nContribute to PMO process enhancements and standardization initiatives.\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in technology, telecom, or software delivery environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with MS Project, including schedule creation, tracking, dependency management, and reporting.\nSolid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.\nProficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative.\nAdditional Required / Strongly Preferred Skills\nPMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.\nExperience working in telecom, data analytics, AI, or enterprise software implementation projects.\nFamiliarity with resource planning and cost tracking within MS Project.\nExperience supporting multi-country or complex enterprise deployments.\nAbility to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.\nGood to Have:\nExperience working within a PMO structure.\nKnowledge of risk management frameworks.\nExposure to customer-facing managed services or deployment environments.\nMust Have:\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nHands-on expertise in MS Project for schedule management and tracking.\nDemonstrated experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle
