The Product Manager role
- Owning the delivery of product strategy and execution for a core area of Light from 0→1 to scale.
- Turning complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
- Partnering with Engineering, Design and Data to ship beautiful, high-impact products fast.
- Translating ambiguity into structure: defining clear priorities, metrics, and direction in alignment with engineering and go-to-market teams (Customer Success & Sales)
- Working directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to uncover users insights and shape new automation.
- Making crisp, high-quality decisions to deliver promptly and effectively: balancing velocity, precision, and impact.

Your qualifications:
Multi-disciplinary experience broadly in product development: either product, engineering or design in a high-growth SaaS and AI startup companies
Ability to translate product vision and customer requirements into supportive guidance & direction for engineering teams
Influential experience in stakeholder engagement and communication at leadership and delivery team level
Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, insight, or decision-making, with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to new problems

Operating or founding at an early-stage startup
Management consulting (MBB or equivalent)
