As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our commercial operations across international markets.\nWorking closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Production, Logistics, Compliance, and Customer Support teams, you'll help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from quotation through to delivery. Regular on-site working is essential due to the highly collaborative nature of the role, partnering closely with multiple business functions to manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, and support commercial operations across international markets.\nPlease note: We’re unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in Spain without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the sales team with the preparation of quotations, proforma invoices, configuration sheets, and conversion request documentation.\nPrepare customer contracts and amendments, coordinating approvals with the Legal team where required.\nMaintain accurate order and pipeline information within internal systems to support forecasting and reporting activities.\nReview order documentation, configure orders correctly within systems, and release orders to production in a timely manner.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Production, Shipping, and Field Service teams to resolve issues and keep orders progressing.\nManage shipping activities by preparing, reviewing, or obtaining required export and shipping documentation.\nTrack and follow up on installation, conversion, go-live, and removal dates for participation orders, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed.\nSupport audit activities by maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is correctly filed and readily available.\nMonitor multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\nContribute to continuous improvements in processes and customer service across the sales support function.\nWhat You'll Bring\nDemonstrable profesisonal experience, ideally within an international or multinational environment.\nFluent English, Spanish, and French language skills, both written and spoken.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nUnderstanding of international trade processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms would be advantageous.\nExperience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or Navision is preferred.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\nConfident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.\nAdaptable and flexible approach with a willingness to support changing business needs.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree or educational background in International Trade, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\n\nHow You'll Grow\nDevelop a strong understanding of international sales operations and commercial processes.\nGain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including Legal, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Support.\nBuild valuable experience in a global organisation while supporting customers across a range of international markets.\nWhat Can We Offer You?\n Annual performance bonus\n22 calendar days annual leave\n Restaurant ticket voucher\n One day of paid leave to support charitable projects.\n One paid day for a personal celebration, such as a birthday.\nA Half Day for Health to support your wellbeing.\nPrivate medical insurance for you and your dependents\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP).\nA collaborative culture with regular social events and team activities.\nPlease note: We’re unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
