standards. \nCarry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to service requests. \nDiagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption for customers. \nCoordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required. \nBuild strong relationships with customers, providing clear updates and operational guidance. \nAccurately record service visits, maintenance activities, and customer feedback. \nTravel across your designated region, managing your daily schedule effectively. \nWhat You'll Bring\nA genuine interest in technology and troubleshooting. \nStrong customer service skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people. \nThe ability to work independently and manage your own workload. \nGood organisation and time management skills. \nA proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent service. \nA full UK driving licence. \nExperience in IT, electronics, engineering, maintenance, delivery, or another field-based role would be
