RESPONSIBILITIES\nIntercompany Accounting:\nProcess and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities and jurisdictions (APAC region and beyond)\nSupport intercompany matching and variance analysis\nPrepare intercompany documentation and supporting schedules\nIdentify and resolve intercompany reconciling items\nMaintain accuracy and completeness of intercompany ledger records\nBank Reconciliation & Cash Management:\nPerform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned entities\nIdentify and investigate reconciling items and variances\nPrepare bank reconciliation documentation and supporting analysis\nResolve timing differences and outstanding items\nSupport cash position reporting and analysis\nGeneral Ledger Management:\nMaintain and monitor GL accounts assigned to your responsibility\nReview and validate GL journal entries for completeness and accuracy\nSupport account reconciliations and balance sheet analytics\nEnsure GL data integrity and proper documentation\nInvestigate and resolve GL exceptions and discrepancies\nMonth-End Close Activities:\nExecute assigned close tasks within defined timelines\nSupport accrual identification and journal entry preparation\nAssist with account reconciliations and variance analysis\nParticipate in close meetings and provide status updates\nHandle month-end reporting responsibilities and deadlines\nAudit Support:\nPrepare and organize audit workpapers and supporting documentation\nRespond to audit inquiries and provide timely information\nSupport SOX and internal audit testing activities\nDocument processes and controls for audit purposes\nAssist external auditors during fieldwork as required\nSystems & Process Management:\nMaintain working knowledge of Blackline reconciliation platform\nNavigate Oracle ERP general ledger and financial reporting modules\nWork with Hyperion for budget and variance analysis\nSupport Navision transactions where applicable\nContribute to process improvements and automation initiatives\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nTake on ad hoc projects and tasks as business needs require\nSupport other GL and accounting teams on a flexible basis\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives\nContribute to documentation and process standardization\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field\nExperience:\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in General Ledger, Accounts, or Record-to-Report (R2R) function\nProven experience with bank reconciliations and intercompany accounting\nExperience supporting month-end and quarterly close processes\nExposure to audit activities and audit preparation\nTechnical Skills:\nWorking knowledge of Blackline reconciliation software\nProficiency with Oracle ERP (GL module)\nFamiliarity with Hyperion (financial planning / variance analysis)\nExperience with Navision or similar ERP systems\nComfortable with Excel and data analysis\nDESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS\nProfessional accounting certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent in progress)\nExperience in a multinational or regulated industry\nKnowledge of transfer pricing and international tax compliance\nExposure to financial shared services environments\nExperience with other GL automation tools and platforms\nCORE COMPETENCIES & SOFT
