share collective success. \nWhat You'll Do\nLead day-to-day warehouse, inventory, repair and transport operations, ensuring safety, quality, service and cost objectives are achieved. \nOwn inventory accuracy and stock control processes, ensuring efficient material flow from receipt through storage, repair, assembly and dispatch.\n Manage repair and refurbishment activities, ensuring customer commitments, throughput targets and quality standards are consistently met. \nBuild, develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nTranslate data-driven insights into actions that improve productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, quality and operational efficiency.\n Monitor performance across warehouse, repair and logistics functions, identifying operational trends, risks and improvement opportunities. \nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs that provide stakeholders with clear visibility of operational performance.\nReview and redesign existing processes to simplify, standardise and automate ways of working, creating a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.\nLead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, inventory and repair operations, delivering measurable gains in performance, customer service, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to address operational issues.\nPartner with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product, process and repair-related challenges. \nManage relationships with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are achieved.\nSupport new product introductions, engineering changes and operational readiness activities.\nImprove operational systems and reporting capabilities through the effective use of technology, automation and AI tools.\nCommunicate operational performance, key risks and improvement opportunities to senior leaders and stakeholders.\nPartner with Finance to ensure inventory-related financial metrics are accurate and reliable, acting as the primary point of contact for related queries.\nWhat You'll Bring\nSignificant experience leading warehouse, inventory, logistics or operational functions within a manufacturing, service or supply chain environment.\nProven experience leading continuous improvement programmes and implementing operational best practices that deliver measurable business results.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into operational actions and business improvements.\n Experience creating, developing and using operational reports, dashboards and KPIs to drive performance improvement and support decision-making.\n A naturally curious and proactive approach, with confidence to challenge processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\n Strong problem-solving skills and experience conducting root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.\nDemonstrated success improving operational performance, inventory accuracy, productivity, service levels and cost efficiency.\nExcellent leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.\nExperience using ERP systems and operational data to drive decision-making.\nBonus points if you have:\nConfidence using Oracle or a similar ERP system.\nBackground within repair, refurbishment or reverse logistics operations.\nExperience working within gaming, electronics, manufacturing or another high-volume operational environment.\nQualifications\nA relevant degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business or
