At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.\nPosition Summary\nPartner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs for table systems that enhance retention and transfer.\nWork with SME’s and identify training needs.\nResponsible for providing product feedback and working with key stakeholders to improve the functionality, usability, and serviceability of table systems products.\nAct as a liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.\nLead live in-person training and web-based training sessions for both internal and external clients.\nResearch and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives.\nAbility to actively teach and support all training programs within the product lines via the above-mentioned delivery techniques, with minimal supervision.\nPartners with developers, SQA, and product management to stay informed of new products and services.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.\nExperience with running queries in SQL.\nCasino operations and gaming experience a plus.\nValid gaming card and/or the ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.\nMust be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision as well as the ability to adjust focus working with computer and business equipment.
