This entry-level opportunity is for someone who enjoys working through details, asking questions, and ensuring the numbers are accurate.\nYou’ll partner closely with Accounting and Payroll to keep incentive processes reliable, well-documented, and on schedule. Direct experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field, along with curiosity, sound judgment, and a growth mindset. The right person will take pride in tracing numbers back to their source, spotting inconsistencies, and improving how work gets done.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nMaintain the systems, data, and documentation used to administer monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive plans\nCollect and validate employee, performance, and payout data, investigating discrepancies and following issues through to resolution\nSupport incentive calculations and prepare accurate, well-organized outputs for review and approval\nPartner with Accounting on incentive-related accounts, including reconciliations, accrual support, account coding, and responding to questions about plan results\nCoordinate with Payroll to prepare and submit approved incentive payments accurately and by established deadlines\nMaintain clear records of plan inputs, calculations, approvals, adjustments, and submissions\nHelp identify ways to make incentive processes more accurate, consistent, and efficient\nRespond to questions from internal partners and explain data or calculations clearly\nHandle sensitive compensation information with discretion and care\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nStrong academic, project, internship, or work background in finance, accounting, data analysis, or business analysis.
