This role will help plan and deliver engaging customer marketing programs that keep customers informed, connected, and inspired while highlighting the value they receive from Lightcast. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project coordinator who enjoys creating meaningful customer experiences and managing multiple projects from planning through execution.\nMajor Responsibilities\nCoordinate customer marketing programs and campaigns across Education, Public Sector, and Enterprise markets.\nSupport the planning and delivery of customer events, webinars, communications, and other engagement initiatives.\nPartner with Client Success and internal teams to identify customer stories, insights, priorities, and content opportunities.\nCreate and coordinate customer-facing content, including emails, blogs, newsletters, case studies, webinars, and related materials.\nManage the customer webinar program, including identifying opportunities, maintaining the webinar calendar, coordinating speakers, and managing timelines.\nCoordinate webinar and campaign promotion, including invitations, email campaigns, reminders, and follow-up communications.\nMaintain project plans, schedules, communications, and records across multiple customer marketing initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain customer marketing processes, templates, and best-practice guidance to support consistent and repeatable execution.\nEnsure customer marketing activities are well planned, consistent, and aligned with broader marketing priorities.\nTrack customer engagement and campaign performance and use results and insights to help improve future activities.\nEducation & Experience\nExperience in marketing, communications, events, customer engagement, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.\nExperience creating or coordinating customer-facing content such as emails, blogs, newsletters, webinars, presentations, or similar materials.\nStrong project and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across an organization.\nCreative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and deliverables.\nExperience with marketing automation, email marketing, webinar, or project-management tools is preferred but not required.\nFamiliarity with customer marketing or Client Success functions is a
