This is a Full-Time, Remote Position.\nLocation: Fully Remote\nJob Type: Full-time\nSalary: $150,000-$170,000k annually \nClearance Requirement: U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT requirements while adhering to platform best practices.\nLead ServiceNow implementations, including solution design, technical planning, and phased deployments, while ensuring performance and maintainability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and specifications.\nDevelop custom applications and extend ServiceNow modules using ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, scripting, and other platform capabilities.\nIntegrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and robust security.\nOptimize ServiceNow workflows, manage data migrations, and enhance system performance through platform configuration and best practices.\nConduct code reviews, testing, and deployment planning to maintain high standards of reliability, scalability, and security.\nProvide technical leadership by mentoring developers, guiding stakeholders, and enforcing ServiceNow development best practices.\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation for applications, system designs, configurations, integrations, and processes.\nEnsure compliance with IT security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the platform.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting ServiceNow performance and functionality.\nDrive continuous improvement by staying current with ServiceNow updates and features and recommending system enhancements that align with IT modernization goals.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret or higher clearance\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\n5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.\nIn-depth experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom development, and troubleshooting.\nExpertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting.\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript, REST APIs, and web technologies, including HTML and CSS.\nExperience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and implementing best practices for scalability.\nStrong knowledge of data security practices and integration security protocols.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving capabilities and a proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.\nExperience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certifications.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.\nExperience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub.\nWhy Join LightFeather?\nAt LightFeather, you're not just taking a job-you're joining a purpose-driven team that delivers innovative, mission-critical solutions to make a real difference.
