We previously built Tome, which reached more than 25 million users, and our team brings experience from Llama, Instagram, Google, and Salesforce.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring founding Deployment Strategists for our Growth & Delivery team.\nThe team deploys Lightfield for customers, delivers their pipeline generation motion, supports strategic deals alongside our leadership team, and drives special projects across GTM and business operations.\nYou'll work directly with founders and their teams to deploy Lightfield as the system their company runs on, build their customer memory, put agents to work generating pipeline, and help their business grow. The agents do the work-you bring the judgment and taste that guide them, and the advisory relationship with the customer.\nYou're both an operator and a builder: running many customer deployments at once, and turning what works into playbooks the whole team can run.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn each customer's deployment end to end: set up their workspace, migrate their data, build their customer memory, and enable their team, so Lightfield becomes the system their company runs on\n\nDeliver pipeline generation for a portfolio of customers: understand each business, define the ICP and targeting strategy, and direct Lightfield's agents from first outreach to booked meetings\n\nAdvise founders and GTM leaders on their go-to-market and how to put AI agents to work in it\n\nOwn the outcomes: time-to-activation, meetings booked, and the quality of the pipeline behind them\n\nSupport strategic deals alongside our leadership team, from scoping POCs to helping convert evaluations into customers\n\nTake on special projects across GTM and business operations, from business analysis to competitive research to new initiatives\n\nTurn what works into playbooks, and feed what you learn back to product so the agents get better\n\nWho you are\n3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, or go-to-market and operating roles\n\nA strong generalist, comfortable across delivery, growth, and customer-facing work. You don't wait to be handed a lane and instead figure out what needs to happen and do it\n\nA trusted advisor to founders and GTM leaders - curious and analytical, able to read a business and its customers quickly, move from qualitative signals to a clear hypothesis, and back your view with data.\n\nA systems thinker who brings structure to open-ended problems and builds playbooks and repeatable processes, not just completed tasks\n\nHigh agency and thrives in ambiguity, able to independently drive projects and deliver results in a fast-moving environment\n\nComfortable going technical: you can reason about data models and integrations, configure workflows, and tune how an agent behaves\n\nYou're excited about AI agents and the opportunity to deliver customer outcomes with them\n\nEager to learn GTM and outbound.
