They work directly with customers, identify important problems, shape solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of projects from inception to impact.\nYou'll help shape product direction, lead substantial engineering projects, and take responsibility for delivering exceptional results through hands-on leadership.\nWhat you'll do\nLead ambitious projects that help businesses discover opportunities, identify prospective customers, and take action through intelligent, automated workflows.\n\nBuild systems that ingest, enrich, and connect information about companies, people, and their relationships from diverse sources.\n\nDevelop intelligent prospecting capabilities that combine rich business context, behavioral signals, and AI-driven research to identify promising opportunities.\n\nBuild agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step processes, from research and list building to personalized engagement and follow-up.\n\nDesign sophisticated customer-facing knowledge-sharing.\n\nWho you are\nYou have 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, with strong full-stack engineering skills.\n\nYou have strong product judgment and can turn ambiguous customer problems into thoughtful, effective solutions.\n\nYou're a rigorous, analytical thinker who can break down complex problems, form hypotheses, and use data to evaluate solutions.\n\nYou're a hands-on technical leader who can independently scope, plan, and drive substantial projects while bringing other engineers along.\n\nYou care deeply about engineering craft, with high standards for reliability, performance, maintainability, and product quality.\n\nYou're excited about LLMs and the opportunity to build new kinds of intelligent systems and product experiences.\n\nYou have strong software engineering fundamentals, developed through a Computer Science degree, related education, or equivalent industry experience.\n\nYou can ramp quickly on a stack that includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.\n\nYou communicate clearly and can explain product and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical
