They work directly with customers, identify important problems, shape solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of projects from inception to impact.\nYou'll help shape product direction, lead substantial engineering projects, and take responsibility for delivering exceptional results through hands-on leadership.\nWhat you'll do\nWork with customers, founders, and cross-functional teams to understand problems and identify opportunities.\n\nLead substantial projects end-to-end, from product design and technical architecture through implementation, launch, and iteration.\n\nBuild sophisticated AI-native products that transform complex business data into actionable intelligence, helping customers discover opportunities, make better decisions, and automate workflows.\n\nBuild reliable, high-performance systems with strong observability, metrics, and operational practices.\n\nLead technical design discussions, mentor other engineers, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and help establish engineering best practices.\n\nHelp build a world-class engineering team through recruiting and knowledge-sharing.\n\nWho you are\nYou have 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, with strong full-stack engineering skills.\n\nYou're a proven technical leader who can independently scope, plan, and drive projects while bringing other engineers along.\n\nYou have strong product judgment and can turn ambiguous customer problems into thoughtful, effective solutions.\n\nYou're a rigorous, analytical thinker who can break down complex problems, form hypotheses, and use data to evaluate solutions.\n\nYou care deeply about engineering craft, with high standards for reliability, performance, maintainability, and product quality.\n\nYou're excited about LLMs and the opportunity to build new kinds of intelligent systems and product experiences.\n\nYou have strong software engineering fundamentals, developed through a Computer Science degree, related education, or equivalent industry experience.\n\nYou can ramp quickly on a stack that includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.\n\nYou communicate clearly
