Whether launching a new laboratory or optimizing an existing one, Lighthouse Lab Services provides the expertise and support to help hospitals, laboratory owners, and physicians operate compliantly and grow with confidence.\nAs we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an experienced Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team and play a critical role in strengthening our financial operations and supporting the Company's strategic growth.\nReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be both a financial leader and an operational partner. This role will oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance functions while working closely with leaders across the organization to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, increase financial visibility, and support sound business decisions.\nAbout the Role:\nThis is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, multi-service environment.
