We grow together and are stronger together.\nWhat’s unique about this role?\nSolution Consultants in the Review Intelligence group are specialists focused on managing the application of our proprietary predictive AI and GenAI solutions for specific litigations and investigations. They also play a key role in designing and refining enterprise analytics programs for our corporate clients. As part of an innovation-focused team, Lighthouse AI & Analytics consultants play a pivotal role in articulating and prioritizing the requirements for the next wave of our proprietary tools and also play a central role in validating functionality of new tools once developed. This role is both highly consultative and highly process/tech-oriented requiring a deep knowledge of discovery workflows and requirements, and high literacy with respect to the state-of-the-art in discovery review and analytics technology.\nWhat will this person do?\nExecution of Review Intelligence client projects, including:\nScoping and implementation on projects leveraging predictive AI, GenAI, and/or structured analytics.\nEnsuring client requirements remain current across the lifecycle of the engagement and (re)aligning development approach to those requirements \nMeticulous data tracking, statistical validation design and implementation, and metrics reporting to support the transparency and accountability of algorithmic discovery review.\nCoordination with support and technical teams across the organization to ensure we are leveraging the full suite of LH capabilities to provide best-in-class support and value to our clients.\nDocumenting lessons learned for internal discussion and process/technology improvements.\nTracking and escalating project risk concerns up the chain as necessary.\nProviding end-of-project metrics to inform ROI analyses and quarterly business reviews.\nContribution to operational initiatives, including:\nDeveloping or maturing playbooks for core workflows of established offerings.\nImplementing and updating Review Intelligence training curriculum (composed of a suite of documentation, simulation activities, and evaluation) for new members of the team or secondees from other groups who are supporting Review Intelligence workflows.\nProviding requirements analysis and user validation input to our product development teams.\nCollaborating with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews of Review Intelligence solutions.\nBring your passion and together we will shine. It would also be great if you had the following:\nAdvanced degree preferred in relevant discipline (law, technology, statistics) \nMinimum 5 years litigation or eDiscovery industry experience required\nMinimum 3 years advanced analytics in eDiscovery required\nPrior in-house corporate legal, law firm legal staff or eDiscovery vendor experience required\nExcellent knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including key applications and programs such as Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), or comparable analytics platforms \nExcellent knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery process and concepts \nProven success and desire to consult with clients/internal departments, projecting expertise and solving day-to-day challenges as well as strategic challenges\nExperience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from other departments preferred\nExcellent written and oral communication skills with clients and internal staff (demonstrated both in relaxed atmosphere and under pressure)\nCustomer service demeanor: consultative, approachable, respectful, and polite\nAbility to multitask under pressure\nWork Environment and Physical Demands\nDuties are performed in a virtual office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.\nDuties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).\nDuties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane.
