We grow together and are stronger together. \n\nWhat’s unique about this role?\nThe Recruiting Coordinator assists in oversight of the full recruitment cycle on behalf of the Managed Review Recruiting and Operations functions, supports key employee lifecycle logistics, and serves as a champion for consistency and accuracy across all areas of responsibility. The Recruiting Coordinator functions as a shared service within Managed Review with flexibility and expertise to assist with PAC (People and Culture) functions as needed.\n\nWhat will this person do?\nCoordinates end-to-end processes for Managed Review candidates and new hires with attention to compliance, candidate experience, new hire experience, and efficiency.\nEnsures new hires are equipped to use employee-facing HRIS functions and are eligible to work in the U.S.\nMaintains candidate databases, while tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring compliance with HR policies.\nSupports Managed Review Recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling and conducting candidate interviews.\nTakes ownership of a smooth and positive candidate experience from interview to onboarding to assignment conclusion.\nManages new hire paperwork while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.\nWrites, posts, and manages Managed Review job postings and job descriptions on career websites.\nServes as point of contact for contract employee process.\nIdentifies and acts upon process improvement in areas of responsibility, in coordination with recruiting team.\nAssists with implementation of Managed Review operations processes related to project initiation, set-up, and reporting.\nCollaborates and communicates with key stakeholders interdepartmentally related to Managed Review, talent acquisition, new hires, and other PAC related needs.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nBring your passion and together we will shine. It would also be great if you had the following:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious experience with HR or Recruiting support and/or complex calendar support across multiple time zones.\nExhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.\nSelf-starter with proven experience working independently.\nAdvanced PC skills with high level of proficiency in MS Outlook and Office.\nKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR systems is strongly preferred.\nExcellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.\nAbility to initiate work and function autonomously.\nAbility to prioritize and reprioritize multiple responsibilities in a consistently shifting environment.\nKnowledgeable regarding most business practices and processes, strong business acumen.\nStrong leadership and managerial skills.\nExcellent communication skills.\nProven project management and change management skills.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nCurrent labor law knowledge in the US.\n\nWork Environment and Physical Demands\nDuties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.\nDuties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.\nDuties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).\n\nLighthouse celebrates and thrives on diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
