We grow together and are stronger together.\n\nWhat’s unique about this role?\nThe Solution Consultant (Linguistic Modeling) supports the team’s goals by leading teams in the use of complex methodologies, protocols, and tools for classifying electronically stored information for a variety of designations (e.g., privilege, confidentiality, responsiveness, issues, and class- or document-types). Linguistic-modeling-based classifications serve two primary use cases: solutions delivered directly to clients to meet consultant-scoped needs; and solutions delivered as optimizations to Lighthouse-internal workflows in adjacent service offerings. Solution Consultant is a lead-level position in linguistic modeling and search services, requiring a mastery of search/analytics software and the ability to scope client needs, design technical and process solutions, lead a team’s execution, proactively communicate, identify risk, and mentor less experienced team members.\n\nWhat will this person do?\n\nMasters DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality\n\nLeads Linguistic Modeling project teams for the following:\nKeyword/search term consultation, generation, and optimization\n\nConfidentiality classification\n\nTopical filtering\n\nPotential privilege classification\n\nCustom-built classification\n\nDevelops ownership in the following areas, sometimes with guidance:\nProject scoping\n\nTechnical and process solution design, including non-standard solutions\n\nIncorporation of evolving technologies into workflows\n\nClient communications\n\nResource management\n\nExecution strategy\n\nInternal project communications\n\nLeadership and mentorship\n\nRisk identification\n\nProactively contributes to a culture of teamwork, support, and professionalism both on project teams and within Review Intelligence at large, and cross-departmentally\n\nMentors less experienced team members on projects\n\nContributes to Linguistic Modeling & Search service management activities aimed at increasing knowledge, efficiency and effectiveness, including incorporating AI technology into workflows\n\nContributes to linguistic modeling service evolution and expansion\n\nBring your passion and together we will shine. It would also be great if you had the following:\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience in professional or academic experience with research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management or linguistic analysis\n\nKeen attention to detail and a practiced sense of order and organization\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nStrong pattern recognition skills\n\nAptitude for quickly learning technologies and processes\n\nAdjusts to new situations quickly and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team\n\nCompetency in a PC/Windows environment using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills\n\nWork Environment and Physical Demands\n\nDuties are performed in a virtual office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.\n\nDuties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).\n\nDuties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane.
