Technical knowledge and customer service abilities are essential to ensure the needs of the Company are met; additionally, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and consistent attention to detail are important for success within the position.\nThis is a full-time remote position.\nWorking hours: 8am - 4:30pm ET\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nPerform client services and support the State Compliance department on day-to-day duties:\nReview questionnaire and business model assessment with client;\nConsolidate & compile applications;\nReview applications for accuracy and completion;\nReview outgoing and incoming physical mail (electronically if working remote);\nManage client communication and ensure their needs are met;\nAssist Application Specialist in resolving deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of clients;\nUpdate internal database to reflect application progression;\n\nAdministrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required);\nSpecial projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis.\nWork Experience Qualification:\nMinimum of two (2) years of drug supply chain or pharmacy regulatory affairs or state licensing experience.\nOther Qualifications:\nMaintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams is a PLUS.\nAbility to work well independently as well as with other team members.\nSuperior time management skills.\nDependable and reliable.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is designed with an expectation of a leader that embodies and represents the Company's culture.
