Working closely with the team, you will identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the vehicle pipeline, improving workflows and ensuring our tools remain reliable, efficient and accessible. As a senior team member, you will also share your knowledge and promote high-quality engineering practices across the team.\nKey Duties Include\nDevelop, maintain and improve robust tools that support the creation and implementation of high-quality vehicle content\nWork closely with Vehicle Artists, Technical Artists and Engineers to identify and resolve technical problems throughout the vehicle pipeline\nProactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity and the reliability of our vehicle tools and processes\nActively contribute to and encourage our collaborative and creative team spirit\nRequirements\nExperience working as a Tools Engineer on one or more AAA titles\nKnowledge of common DCC tools, such as 3ds Max, Maya, Substance Suite and Houdini\nPassion for tools development and improving the working environment of artists and developers\nSolid understanding of code architecture, maintainability and software development best practices\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across content creation pipelines\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines\nPassion for gaming, game development and the creation of high-quality vehicle content\nDesirable\nExperience working with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 on a AAA title\nExperience developing tools or pipelines for vehicle or other complex hard-surface content\nExperience mentoring other Engineers and promoting strong engineering practices\nExperience planning and delivering large bodies of work throughout the full
