We create scalable systems, simplify complexity, and use AI and automation to amplify our impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAsset Management\nTrack all on-site assets, including inbound and outbound shipments; maintain accurate records within inventory systems.\nMaintain accurate records within inventory systems. Contribute to systems, tooling, reporting insights or improve processes\nDocument full asset lifecycle (procurement → deployment → disposal) and own data integrity for asset records and system usage.\nConduct regular audits across multiple tracking systems; identify and implement process and reporting improvements.\nSolve ambiguous/non-routine problems independently, escalating when necessary; drive root-cause fixes and follow-up actions.\nOversee maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning, and disposal with procedural compliance.\nCreate and maintain documentation for asset processes and procedures\nParts & Inventory Administration\nManage parts inventory (scan items in/out of parts lockers), perform routine audits, and run inventory usage reports.\nCollaborate with internal teams to maintain appropriate stock levels\nCoordinate RMAs with vendors and manage escalations to resolution.\nAct as go-to expert/mentor for Asset related issues at location\nShipping & Receiving\nPrepare sites for incoming shipments, inspect inbound packages, and log into inventory systems with accuracy.\nPackage and coordinate outbound shipments with delivery partners; maintain detailed shipping records and ensure successful deliveries.\nProcess and securely store incoming hardware with ownership of chain-of-custody documentation.\nAccess & Vendor Coordination\nManage physical and system access via internal data center portals\nApprove vendor and third-party access requests\nCoordinate with on-site vendors to ensure project completion\nHandle RMA escalations and communicate with Operations teams\nCollaboration\nPartner closely with the IT Asset Manager, Data Center Technicians, and Site Manager to align on company-wide asset standards.\nEnsure alignment with company-wide asset management standards and processes\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nAble to lift 50 lbs.\nExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail\nExperience using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with database systems.\nExperience with ticketing systems and able to resolve ambiguous issues independently.\nExposure to technical environments (IT, data centers) with Basic understanding of IT hardware and infrastructure\nBasic IT hardware component knowledge and strong communication skills in a technical environment.\nDemonstrate ownership mindset for data integrity, system usage, and process.\nAbility to travel for work at other locations.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with Jira ticketing system\nFamiliarity with Asset Panda\nFamiliarity with making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)\nFamiliarity with 3 Part RMA Process.\nWork Environment\nFull-time, on-site role (Monday-Friday) Day shift\nOccasional need for travel for Projects at other locations.\nAssigned to a specific data center location\nReports directly to an IT Asset Manager with cross-functional collaboration on-site\nWe are committed to offering competitive compensation that reflects the value each team member brings to our mission.
