Sunday availability is required when events are scheduled.\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Development Manager to oversee business operations, drive business growth, attract new clients, increase event bookings, and improve overall revenue.\n\n The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, operational management, and business development skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth running of the facility.\n\n Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase bookings.\n\n Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.\n\n Lead, coordinate, and supervise staff to ensure effective performance.\n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.\n\n Monitor sales performance, bookings, revenue, and business growth.\n\n Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.\n\n Coordinate event-related activities and ensure operational readiness.\n\n Develop strategies to improve the business’s visibility and market position.\n\n Prepare regular reports on business performance and recommend improvements.\n\nRequirements\n\n Proven experience in business development, operations management, hospitality, event management, or a related field.\n\n Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\n\n Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and generate revenue.\n\n Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.\n\n Ability to identify opportunities and develop practical business strategies.\n\n Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.\n\n Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is an advantage.\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n N150,000 -
