You'll be just as comfortable thinking through how our operations should be structured a year from now as you are making sure today's employees’ travels are booked, or tomorrow's leadership meetings all just work.\nWhat you will be doing \nLead core operational infrastructure for an independent company as travel & expense systems\nAct as Facetune’s main point of contact with the Operations and Employee Experience teams, coordinating on facilities, events, and other workplace services to ensure Facetune’s needs are communicated and addressed.\nSupport People operations: coordinating onboarding for new hires, running employee surveys, and handling day-to-day administrative work.\nProvide executive support to company leadership - managing calendars, coordinating complex meetings with external stakeholders, and producing clear, well-contextualized summaries of leadership discussions.\nReporting to Facetune's Chief of Staff.\nYour skills and experience\nProven experience in an operations, business generalist, or executive support role in a fast-paced environment.\nA true generalist mindset - equally energized by strategic thinking and hands-on execution.\nComfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across external partners and internal leadership.\nExcellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.\nSharp listening and comprehension skills -
