Working directly with technical leaders and researchers at top-tier global enterprises, you translate complex partner needs into novel generative video workflows and extend the capabilities of core LTX models. By collaborating with strategic partners across a wide range of industries and applications - spanning VFX, and animation in media & entertainment to real-time systems, physical AI, and robotics - you will turn state-of-the-art multimodal research into production-ready solutions that impact hundreds of millions of users\nWhat you will be doing\nPartner Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with researchers and decision-makers at client organizations to understand their core challenges and translate business needs into targeted AI research projects.\nApplied Research & Prototyping: Conduct high-impact experiments, develop novel control mechanisms, and prototype state-of-the-art generative video, image, and audio concepts.\nProduction Deployment: Partner cross-functionally with engineers, creatives, and product managers to bring enterprise-ready algorithms into production with a focus on efficiency and runtime.\nOpen-Source & Academic Impact: Publish research insights and regularly contribute open-source code and models back to the academic and developer communities.\nCode Excellence: Write clean, high-performance, and scalable code while maintaining best practices for research pipelines.\nTechnical Leadership: Lead multi-group technical initiatives, mentor researchers and engineers, and guide collaborative projects from concept to execution.\nYour skills and experience\nEducation: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field;
