As the voice of the business, you’ll help connect business objectives with scalable technology solutions and play a key role in evolving our internal Salesforce ecosystem.\nLocation: We’re specifically seeking candidates based in the Montreal area who are comfortable working in a hybrid model and attending our Montreal HQ on a regular basis.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nBuild trusted relationships and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Go-to-Market, Product, Technology, and other business functions.\n\nContribute to product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on business needs, user feedback, and organizational priorities.\n\nUnderstand and document business processes, requirements, user scenarios, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to develop new business processes and identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows and experiences.\n\nAnalyze business needs and propose scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable direction for technical teams, while providing clarification and support throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nSupport Agile development processes, including sprint and release planning, user acceptance testing, backlog refinement, and other relevant ceremonies.\n\nSupport change management initiatives, including developing training materials, communication plans, launch plans, and other resources to enable successful adoption.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product & Technology teams, Corporate Data, Sales, and Go-to-Market stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs.\n\nContribute to the development of the IS Product Management practice by helping establish best practices, improve processes, and continuously evo\n\nWhat you need to bring:\nWe’re a team of 100+ people located all over the globe (Canada, USA, EMEA, APAC). Our team is responsible for ensuring everyone across the organization has the tools and systems in place to effectively do their jobs.\nWe're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:\nDemonstrated Product Management, Project Management and/or Business Analysis in SaaS implementations;\n\nAn impressive ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders\n\nIntermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features;\n\nProven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups;\n\nUsage of Agile Methodologies such as scrum;\n\nProven ability to drive decisions, positively influence other team members, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;\n\nStrong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects;\n\nDemonstrated abilities in leading design workshops, proposing solutions and building corresponding artifacts;\n\nSalesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred.\n\nAs a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.\n\nWe know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
