You’ll contribute ideas, collaborate across teams, and help deliver thoughtful, consistent design work from concept through to final production.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDesign and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels, including campaigns, presentations, sales tools, internal communications, social media, and landing pages.\n\nTranslate creative direction into effective designs using strong layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.\n\nContribute creative ideas and solutions that support brand identity and business objectives.\n\nMaintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.\n\nPrepare pixel-perfect, production-ready files for a range of platforms, formats, and audiences.\n\nCollaborate with designers, marketers, writers, and project managers to deliver creative projects.\n\nManage tasks and deadlines, communicate progress, and proactively flag questions or potential challenges.\n\nStay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.\n\nWhat you need to bring:\nWe're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:\nPrevious experience in graphic design or a related field, with a focus on digital design.\n\nA strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals, attention to detail, and high-quality creative work.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.\n\nA solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions, seek feedback, and proactively raise challenges.\n\nStrong written and spoken English skills.\n\nAvailability to work European hours (4 pm-1 am PHT).\n\nOur hiring process is very straightforward.
