This role is the first point of contact our potential customers have with our sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience generating leads or selling technology-based solutions. If you’re looking to grow your Sales career, then this is the position for you!\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nProspecting and Identifying new business, primarily through telephone and email communication, by reaching out to golf directors to present our services.\n\nHandle a given territory comprising multiple states/provinces in North America.\n\nConnect with prospects through outbound efforts and position our services as a solution to streamline their operations.\n\nResponsible for the messaging and building of cadences within the given territory.\n\nCapitalize on opportunities with our existing client database.\n\nWork with the marketing team and the sales team to develop new strategies to grow our sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.\n\nHandle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.\n\nWhat you will be bringing to the team:\n1+ years of outbound sales or customer facing experience.\n\nEnjoy the game of golf.\n\nExperience in technology (software, mobile or other) - major plus.\n\nEnglish and French proficiency needed.\n\nExcellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication.\n\nAutonomous, outgoing, a self-starter.\n\nTech savvy, but able to understand people who are not.\n\nBeing awesome and entrepreneurial.\n\nEven better if you have, but not necessary:\nExperience working in a golf course.\n\nKnowledge of the golf industry.\n\nFluent in Spanish, in addition to English.\n\nExperience working with a CRM (HubSpot preferably).\n\nWe know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
