As Team Lead, Field Sales, Netherlands, you'll lead a team of Field Account Executives who are out in the market every day; prospecting, walking into restaurants, building relationships from the ground up, and winning new business. This team plays a critical role in our growth strategy, bringing our restaurant technology to new customers and driving high-impact expansion across the Netherlands.

Please note, this role is based in the Netherlands and Dutch Fluency is a must to be successful in the role.
What you’ll be doing:
Hands on coaching of your team to build a customer first sales experience while they showcase the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs
Coach your team on how to conduct efficient prospecting, walk-ins and live demos
Spend your time in the field empowering your team to generate interest in Lightspeed through walk-ins and customized outreach
Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates and additional Account Executive activity metrics
Grow your territories by expanding customer base and continue to hire and build your field sales team
Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams
What you need to bring:
Fluency in Dutch and English
A proven track record in outbound, full-cycle B2B sales, with experience consistently winning new business.
Previous people leadership experience or a strong ambition to step into your first leadership role, backed by experience coaching, mentoring, or positively influencing others.
The ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable while creating a high-performance sales culture.
Confidence leading from the front-you enjoy being in the field alongside your team, coaching through customer conversations and leading by example.
Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience in SaaS, hospitality, restaurants, or another fast-paced commercial environment is a plus.
You speak the language of hospitality and know how to build trusted relationships with restaurateurs and business owners.
