We're a small, fast-moving team based in Denver, and we're just getting started.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead delivery of AI-produced peer reviews for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.\n\nTranslate technical insights into clear business value for developers and general contractors.\n\nPartner with clients to design pilot programs, measure impact, and drive adoption of LightTable.\n\nDevelop case studies, white papers, and client-facing materials to establish LightTable as a trusted authority.\n\nCoordinate with external resources to assist in project deliveries.\n\nCollaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to shape product development based on client needs.\n\nReporting: This role reports directly to the VP of AEC Strategy & Delivery and works cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales and executive leadership.\nTravel: Expect occasional travel (10-20%) for client meetings, conferences, and site visits.\nSuccess Metrics: Within the first 6 months, success will be measured by:\nThe number of successful backtests performed to assist the sales process\n\nThe number of successful projects delivered to first time customers\n\nThe number of customer relationships expanded into larger, enterprise-wide agreements.\n\nOverall customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency\n\nTangible product feedback loops delivered back to engineering.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 10+ years working for a leading architecture firm, general contractor, or construction management company.
