About you:
You’re passionate about building great products and solving real customer problems. You enjoy working with different teams, learning from feedback and data, and turning insights into meaningful improvements.
You’re naturally curious, organised and eager to learn. You can balance attention to detail with the bigger picture, and you’re comfortable working in a collaborative environment where priorities can evolve. You’re also confident using technology to improve the way you work, while keeping customer needs at the heart of every decision.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Support customer discovery by gathering feedback, analysing product insights and helping identify opportunities to improve our products and integrations.
- Work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to define requirements, refine the product backlog and prepare work for delivery.
- Help investigate and prioritise product issues, working with technical teams to ensure problems are understood and resolved effectively.
- Maintain product documentation, monitor integration partner updates and support the measurement of new features after release.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in product management, business analysis, technical support, software delivery or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and iterative development.
- An interest in software integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), eCommerce platforms or business-to-business (B2B) software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to organise information clearly and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
