vocational training highly preferred\nMinimum of five years of industrial plant maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills at a Journeyman level; five to seven years preferred\nMust be familiar with the scope and limitations of state licensing requirements related to Millwright and Electrical work\nLimited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card preferred\nJourneyman Millwright card preferred\nPLC experience and knowledge is a plus\nBasic understanding of electrical concepts\nExperience with project planning, implementation, and oversight\nExperience developing, implementing, and managing preventive maintenance (PM) programs\nAbility to read blueprints and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics\nAbility to safely troubleshoot and repair equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nExperience operating power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, forklifts, and heavy equipment\nProficient in English with the ability to understand machine operation manuals, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, safety alerts, and verbal safety commands\nComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CMMS software\nMust successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check\nJob DutiesEquipment Diagnosis and Repair\nDiagnose and repair malfunctioning mechanical and electrical equipment\nPerform minor building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as needed\nExecute preventive maintenance procedures and assist with outage planning\nPerform other maintenance-related duties as assigned\nEquipment Installation and Oversight\nInstall and set up manufacturing equipment\nLead project planning efforts for new equipment installations and major repairs\nSafely operate and demonstrate expertise with hand tools, power tools, ladders, cranes, lifts, torches, jacks, and other maintenance equipment\nCommunication and Recordkeeping\nMaintain effective communication with supervisors and production teams regarding equipment status and repair timelines\nComplete accurate maintenance records and documentation using Microsoft Office and CMMS systems\nMonitor inventory levels for maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment;
