You'll also help establish best practices for responsible AI adoption while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, turning ideas into reality, and creating measurable impact through applied AI.\nYour Key Areas of Focus\nLead the enterprise AI architecture vision, strategy, and adoption roadmap across the organization.\nPartner with development and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven innovation and efficiency.\nDefine architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-enabled solutions, automations, and workflows.\nEvaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and technologies that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.\nEnsure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and aligned with responsible AI principles.\nSupport architects, developers, and technical teams on AI-assisted development, solution design, governance, and adoption best practices.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in application or solution architecture roles, including AI-enabled solutions.\nProven experience driving enterprise AI adoption and promoting AI-assisted development practices across technical teams.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, or similar enterprise AI technologies.\nStrong technical expertise in modern application architecture, including .NET, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and AWS.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, automation, quality, or decision-making.\nExtra Skills We’d Love to See\nExperience in integrating enterprise platforms and applications, including ERP systems such as NetSuite.\nPrevious professional experience in the insurance or telecommunications industry.\nFamiliarity with responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and change management practices.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams on AI productivity tools and enterprise AI adoption strategies.\nGet To Know Us\nThe world runs on connected devices.
