You will work closely with Product Managers, Category Managers, Sales teams and external partners to align marketing activity with vendor objectives, customer opportunities and business priorities. \nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and deliver vendor marketing strategies that drive sales, profitability and market share.\n\nLead product launches, promotional campaigns and demand generation activities.\n\nManage vendor partnerships and Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to maximise commercial outcomes.\n\nPartner with Product, Category and Sales teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.\n\nLead and develop a high-performing marketing team.\n\nAnalyse campaign performance and drive continuous improvement across marketing operations. \n\nAbout You\nProven experience in product, trade, category or brand marketing.\n\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into results.\n\nExperience managing vendor relationships and marketing investment programs.\n\nA collaborative leader who can influence stakeholders and develop high-performing teams.\n\nStrong analytical, project management, and communication skills.\n\nExperience in
