The role enables program delivery through governance infrastructure, cross-team alignment, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination, working in close partnership with AISF Strategy and Execution leadership and program leads to remove blockers and keep delivery predictable across the portfolio.\nThe TPM is the connective tissue across research, engineering, product, and operations: surfacing alignment gaps, tracking dependencies, and keeping programs moving together rather than in silos.\nWhat You'll Be Building\nPartner with AISF program leads and Strategy and Execution to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.\nFacilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences; drive decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.\nTrack program health, milestones, blockers, and risks; escalate issues and surface coordination patterns to leadership.\nCoordinate workstreams across programs, resolving conflicts in resource allocation, sequencing, and stakeholder priorities.\nMaintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs; produce status updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings for leadership.\nSupport budget, headcount, and resource planning alongside Finance and program leads; provide visibility into financial and resource trends.\nIdentify and implement process improvements, standardization opportunities, and scaling solutions as the AISF portfolio grows.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed\n5-7 years of experience in technical program coordination, project management, or operations in research-driven, engineering-heavy, or fast-paced environments.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions, driving outcomes without direct authority.\nStrong organizational and communication skills; ability to distill complexity for diverse stakeholder groups.\nComfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities; track record of adapting in cross-functional environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influence skills.\nProficiency with project management tools, documentation, and process infrastructure.\nSolid understanding of technical concepts and research workflows.\nBonus Points For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.\nExperience in AI/ML, biotech, or research-driven organizations.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Kanban, or portfolio management methodologies.\nBackground supporting scientific teams or regulated research environments.\nExperience building or scaling program governance frameworks and operating models.\nCompensation\nWe offer competitive base compensation with bonus potential and generous early-stage equity.
