Subcontractors & Construction Accounting\n- Review, verify, and process subcontractors’ invoices and payment claims.\n- Prepare, review, and follow up on subcontractors’ interim and final payment certificates\n- Verify quantities, approved work progress, deductions, retention, advances, and applicable taxes before processing payments.\n- Maintain accurate subcontractor accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.\n- Follow up on project costs, expenses, and financial commitments.\n- Monitor payments against approved contracts, purchase orders, and project budgets.\n2. Invoices & Accounts Payable\n- Review and record supplier invoices, credit invoices, debit notes, and other financial documents.\n- Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, and approvals.\n- Prepare payment schedules and follow up on due payments.\n- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.\n- Track advances, deductions, retention amounts, and outstanding liabilities.\n3. Banking & Treasury\n- Handle daily banking transactions, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and payment instructions.\n- Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\n- Monitor bank balances, cash availability, and upcoming payment obligations.\n- Follow up on bank facilities, letters of guarantee, and other banking requirements, as applicable.\n- Maintain accurate records of bank transactions and supporting documents.\n4. Cash & Financial Transactions\n- Monitor cash inflows and outflows and maintain accurate cash records.\n- Prepare cash and bank payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.\n- Review supporting documents and ensure proper authorization before processing payments.\n- Follow up on employee advances, petty cash, settlements, and reimbursements.\n- Monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.\n- Assist in preparing cash flow reports and payment forecasts.\n5.
