The Lilly China Corporate Affairs & Policy Management Trainee Program is designed to build a pipeline of future leaders for the Corporate Affairs & Government Affairs function. The program offers a structured three-year development journey that combines business exposure, project-based learning, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.

礼来中国公司事务与政策管培生项目旨在为公司事务与政府事务职能培养未来领导人才。项目将提供为期三年的系统化培养路径，通过业务实践、项目历练、导师辅导和领导力发展机会，帮助优秀人才快速成长。

The program aims to help early-career talents develop a comprehensive understanding of China’s healthcare ecosystem, public policy environment, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics. Through participation in strategic projects, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, trainees will progressively build capabilities in disease and policy insights, strategic advocacy, project execution, and external engagement, preparing them to become future leaders in Corporate Affairs & Government Affairs. The development journey is designed around three key capability stages: Disease & Policy Insights, Advocacy Strategy & Project Execution, and External Engagement & Influence.

Qualification/Requirements

2027 fresh graduates with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, no major limitation

2027年应届毕业生，拥有全日制本科或更高学历

Strong communication & writing (influent English is required)
