Lilly's Concord, North Carolina facility is a state-of-the-art manufacturing site dedicated to producing injectable medicines that make a meaningful difference for patients around the world.\nResponsibilities\nEli Lilly is expanding its manufacturing capabilities through a new $1 billion state-of-the-art campus in Concord, North Carolina, focused on injectable medicines, device assembly, and packaging operations. Operators play a key role in producing life-changing medications by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment in a highly regulated environment. Senior and Lead Operators provide additional leadership by coordinating production activities, mentoring team members, and supporting operational problem-solving. This position offers strong career growth opportunities for individuals who value safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nExperience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related technical environment\nAbility to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.\nKnowledge of or ability to work within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulated environments.\nExperience using electronic systems, including electronic batch records and manufacturing software.\nEducation, Experience, and Skills\nWe have several levels open for Operator which are based on the experience and education you bring. \nMinimum education: High School Diploma or GED \n Visa Sponsorship: Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
