These include reception and front-office areas, meeting spaces, toilets, the amphitheatre, staff kitchen, waste disposal areas, and veterinary clinic facilities.\n\nThe successful candidate will be expected to uphold LWT’s policies, performance standards, and code of conduct.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Cleaning and Hygiene\n\nEmpty bins daily and ensure recyclable waste is taken to the designated recycling station.\n\nMop floors, sweep, dust, and maintain general cleanliness and tidiness across assigned areas.\n\nWash dishes used in the reception and front office and ensure clean utensils and crockery are available for staff.\n\nRefill the water filter daily.\n\nConduct thorough weekly cleaning of office departments, including windows, cupboards, chairs, and curtains.\n\nWash uniforms, work-related protective clothing, and other materials as required.\n\nClean toilets, including flush toilets, long-drop toilets, and compost toilets, ensuring toilet paper and soap are available and bins are emptied daily.\n\nClean veterinary centre facilities, including offices, toilets, treatment rooms, corridors, and the kitchen.\n\n2. Site Management and Waste Control\n\nCoordinate weekly orders for cleaning supplies with the designated manager.\n\nStore cleaning supplies securely and use them efficiently.\n\nMaintain appropriate stock levels and records of cleaning materials.\n\nCollect litter and waste around the site daily and dispose of it appropriately.\n\nManage recyclable waste and ensure proper waste disposal.\n\nNotify the LWC driver when waste needs to be transported off-site.\n\n3. Visitor and Meeting Support\n\nAssist with preparing and arranging meeting spaces for conferences and other venue-hire activities.\n\nMaintain a helpful and professional attitude towards visitors and guests.\n\nDirect visitors to relevant staff and provide directions when needed.\n\n4.
