Full-time\n\nJob Description\n\n We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across hospital operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Conduct routine risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation actions.\n\n Monitor compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory standards.\n\n Perform internal process audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews.\n\n Support quality improvement initiatives across departments.\n\n Review incidents, complaints, and near-miss reports and support resolution tracking.\n\n Assist in development and review of policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.\n\n Monitor outsourced service performance and compliance.\n\n Conduct environmental, hygiene, and safety compliance checks.\n\n Support implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, and DMAIC standards.\n\n Ensure compliance with NDPR and other applicable regulations.\n\n Support internal customer satisfaction surveys and reporting.\n\n Provide support in training staff on QA and internal control processes.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in any science related discipline.\n\n 1-3 years’ experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit, or healthcare compliance.\n\n Understanding of ISO standards and healthcare accreditation systems is an advantage.\n\n Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.\n\n High attention to detail and integrity.\n\n Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nWhy
