Together with our experienced and international development teams you will bring our shop sites to the next level.\n\nAs a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in our Machine Learning Shop team, you will own the business-critical logic behind our campaign-based flash sale model. Your work will directly impact how we rank campaigns based on customer interests and category affinities, optimize our product recommender systems, and prevent churn through smart communication models.\nYou will work within a modern tech stack world in a well-rehearsed, agile environment alongside dedicated Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Web Developers.\n\nYOUR MAIN TASKS AND WHAT WE EXPECT\n\nBuilding and deploying data-driven and machine learning solutions for portal personalization and campaign ranking.\n\nTaking care of the whole machine learning process – verifying data quality, choosing optimal algorithms, feature engineering, model validation with correct metrics, and interpretability.\n\nMonitoring, maintaining, scaling, and updating existing data / ML pipelines.\n\nBuilding solutions following best software practices – clean code, testing, and automatic deployments.\n\nWorking closely with data engineers, data scientists, and development teams in building our whole ML / data-driven infrastructure – reliable data pipelines and shared, clean data sources.\n\nExplaining and recommending optimal data-driven / ML solutions to both business stakeholders and developer teams.\n\nSharing and improving ML / MLOps knowledge within the organization.\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\n\n3-5+ years of professional experience building, training, validating, and deploying ML solutions in production environments.\n\nVery good knowledge of Python programming, SQL, and Git.\n\nExperience in training and validating ML solutions (decision trees, neural nets, regression models).\n\nAbility to scale solutions according to infrastructure or business requirements.\n\nGood understanding of data lake / lakehouse architecture.\n\nGood knowledge of English (C1) (work in an international environment).\n\nNice to have:\n\nProfessional experience with recommender systems and NLP.\n\nPrevious experience in ecommerce data ecosystems.\n\nProfessional experience with PySpark programming and the Databricks Lakehouse platform ecosystem.\n\nExperience in structured streaming and Scala programming.\n\nFamiliarity with MLOps environments such as mlflow.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER & WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT\n\nHybrid or remote work model\n\nEnjoy the flexibility to work either in a hybrid model -with 2 days per week in our Wrocław office (you choose the days) if you’re based locally - or fully remotely from anywhere in Poland.\nFlexible start to your day\n\nFlexible start times let you plan your working day in a way that fits your schedule.\nReal benefits you’ll actually use\n\nEnjoy our products your way, for yourself or your loved ones.
