You won’t just work for us - you’ll grow with us.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with Bastian, our CEO, on a wide variety of strategic, operational, and business topics. You’ll gain a unique behind-the-scenes perspective of a growing deep-tech startup - from product and operations to partnerships and growth.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nStrategy & Company Development\nContribute to strategic planning, annual goals, and KPI tracking, helping the leadership team align priorities and measure progress.\n\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights to support strategic decision-making and product direction.\n\nSupport the development of product and pricing strategies together with the product teams.\n\nFinance & Fundraising\nAssist with financial planning and business analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.\n\nSupport investor reporting, investor relations, and fundraising activities, and the preparation of materials and updates.\n\nBusiness Development & Customers\nContribute to the development of partnership concepts, pilot projects, and new business models.\n\nWork on customer projects from the initial demo through evaluation and conversion, preparing strategy materials and presentations.\n\nOperations & Process Improvement\nSupport the development and improvement of internal processes as the company grows.\n\nAssist with operational topics across areas such as HR, accounting, and internal administration.\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency across the organization.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited about startups. You should enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and working across different areas of the business.
