Limbic goes beyond replacing existing processes with AI and helps people recover from their mental health challenges who otherwise would not have.\nWe're seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer who's motivated by seeing their work change outcomes for real people. You'll ship features end-to-end that patients and clinicians depend on every day - and you'll be expected to care about why you're building something, not just how. If you've ever pushed back on a ticket because you didn't think it served users, or shipped something and then chased down the data to see if it actually worked, this is your kind of team.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end, including:\nImplementing TypeScript/Node.js backend services compliant with data residency and regulatory standards\n\nBuilding React user interfaces for both patient-facing and clinician-facing products\n\nModeling and handling application data (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) using regulatory compliance best practices\n\nIntegrating features with ML/AI services and safety guardrails\n\nShape what gets built, not just how - contribute to product decisions, challenge requirements when they don't serve users, and measure the impact of what you ship\n\nTreat security, data residency, and compliance as first-class concerns given our patient/clinical data context\n\nCollaborate and demonstrate ownership in a cross-functional team to integrate features smoothly and swiftly into a product\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards\n\nTriage incoming alerts for collaborative error monitoring\n\nParticipate in periodic \"SideQuest\" hackathon days\n\nWe encourage women and individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply and join our team.
