Using customer insight, segmentation, relevant messaging and experimentation, you’ll develop useful, timely communications that improve the guest experience and contribute to retention and business growth.\nHow you’ll be hosting with heart:\nOwn the CRM roadmap across the guest lifecycle, with a focus on guest engagement, retention and repeat bookings\n\nDevelop segmentation, messaging and campaign plans around guest needs, behavior and lifecycle stage\n\nPlan and deliver automated journeys and campaigns, working with Marketing and relevant teams\n\nTest and optimize content, timing, channels and incentives to understand what drives meaningful engagement and return stays\n\nTrack and analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, turning results into clear recommendations\n\nWork with the Marketing Technology & Content Specialist and other stakeholders to improve data, tooling and execution\n\nMaintain high standards for communication quality, consistency and the guest experience\n\nRequirements\nWhat you need to shoot for the stars:\n4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention or a related role\n\nExperience developing and delivering CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys\n\nStrong understanding of segmentation, personalization and customer lifecycle strategy\n\nAnalytical skills and experience measuring campaign performance and using results to improve activity\n\nA customer-focused approach and an understanding of what encourages guests to book again\n\nExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; familiarity with CDPs is a plus\n\nStrong project management and collaboration skills, with ownership from planning through execution and optimization\n\nWe're designed to stay because:\nHybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.\n\nVisa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.\n\nRelocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.\n\nOneteam: We are #oneteam with a transparent company culture by staying up to date with each other through team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas).\n\nGrowth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development.\n\nLimitless learning: We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget.\n\nWorkation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union.
