You’ll combine a content mindset with an interest in marketing technology: building and updating web content, supporting campaigns and helping the team test and improve how our digital experiences perform.\nHow you’ll be hosting with heart:\nManage day-to-day marketing tool operations across platforms such as CRM, CDP and CMS\n\nBuild, update and maintain CMS content, landing pages and guest-facing information\n\nSupport the setup and delivery of campaigns, journeys and audience segments\n\nHelp keep customer data, content and platform workflows accurate and well organized\n\nWork with Marketing and other teams to identify improvements across the guest journey\n\nSupport CRO and experimentation by implementing content and experience changes, tracking results and sharing learnings\n\nDocument processes and help the team use its marketing tools consistently\n\nRequirements\nWhat you need to shoot for the stars:\nExperience in content, digital marketing, marketing operations or a similar role\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as a CMS, CRM or CDP; experience across several platforms is a plus\n\nConfidence managing and publishing digital content, with a good eye for detail and quality\n\nInterest in how marketing technology, customer data and automation can improve guest experiences\n\nComfort working with data and campaign results, and willingness to learn new tools\n\nStrong organization and collaboration skills, with a hands-on and curious approach\n\nWe're designed to stay because:\nHybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.\n\nVisa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.\n\nRelocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.\n\nOneteam: We are #oneteam with a transparent company culture by staying up to date with each other through team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas).\n\nGrowth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development.\n\nLimitless learning: We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget.\n\nWorkation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union.
