Work directly with tax professionals to understand complex operational workflows and identify where software and AI can have the biggest impact.\n\nRapid Prototyping. Turn operational problems into working MVPs quickly, test them with users, and iterate based on real-world feedback.\n\nProduct Engineering. Build software, internal tools, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows that solve real problems across our firms.\n\nProduction Deployment. Take solutions beyond prototypes and deploy them into live operational environments.\n\nFeedback & Iteration. Stay close to users after deployment, evaluate what works, and continuously improve the systems you build.\n\nScaling Solutions. Turn successful solutions into reliable, repeatable systems that can be rolled out across the Limetax group.\n\nCross-functional Execution. Work closely with founders, engineers, operators, and tax professionals to take projects from problem discovery through implementation.\n\nYour Profile\nYou are a strong builder.
