You'll use this environment to build AI systems that solve real operational problems rather than isolated demos.\nYou'll work at the intersection of AI, engineering, and tax domain expertise, building systems that determine which parts of tax work can be automated safely and at scale.\nYour focus will be on taking AI from prototype to reliable production systems - including the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement required to operate AI in high-stakes workflows.\nWhat You'll Work On\nDocument Intelligence. Build and operate systems that extract, understand, classify, and process real accounting and tax documents.\n\nRetrieval & Knowledge Systems. Design and implement RAG and retrieval systems across tax law, internal knowledge bases, client histories, and firm-specific data.\n\nAI Agents & Automation. Build agentic workflows and AI-driven systems that automate complex, multi-step accounting and tax processes.\n\nPrediction & Suggestions. Develop systems for use cases such as booking proposals, anomaly detection, classification, and intelligent recommendations.\n\nData Infrastructure. Build and maintain the data pipelines and infrastructure required to power reliable AI and ML workflows.\n\nEvaluation & Reliability. Design evals, monitoring, observability, and feedback loops to understand system performance and failure modes in production.\n\nProduction Systems.
