the Role:\nWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to support the Sales and Business Development function across day-to-day operational, items.\nThis role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep the Sales organization organized, responsive, and operationally efficient.\nResponsibilities:\nCross-functional Sales Coordination & Documentation:\nCoordinate with internal departments to support the Sales team in progressing client and prospect requirements.\nDocument and coordinate responses across departments, ensuring that information requested by prospects or clients is consolidated and shared within agreed timelines.\nFollow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.\nMaintain organized records of sales-related documents, client information, proposals, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.\nMaintain standard templates and documentation required by the Sales team.\nContracting & Commercial Operations:\nTrack the end-to-end contracting process from commercial discussions through execution. \nMaintain a tracker of contracts, amendments, approvals, signatures, and pending actions.\nKYB, Onboarding & Go-Live Coordination\nCoordinate and track KYB/KYC and client onboarding activities across relevant internal teams.\nTrack onboarding milestones and ensure dependencies are addressed.\nMaintain accurate status trackers and provide regular updates to the Sales team.\nIdentify bottlenecks and proactively follow up to unblock onboarding activities.\nInvoicing & Payment Coordination\nCoordinate with Finance and Sales teams on invoicing requirements.\nTrack invoice generation, submission, payment status, and outstanding actions.\nFollow up with internal and external stakeholders on payment-related issues.\nMaintain accurate records of invoices and payment status.\nSupport Sales in resolving administrative or documentation-related payment queries.\nSales Follow-ups & Pipeline Support:\nSupport the Sales team in preparing for conferences, industry events, client meetings, and institutional engagements.\nCoordinate pre-approved post-event email follow-ups and ensure follow-up actions are tracked to completion.\nConduct market and account research to support Institutional Sales and Business Development outreach.\nDesired Candidate Profile:\n3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Operations, Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.\nExperience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, Payments, Financial Services, Web3, Digital Assets, Custody, or Blockchain.\nExperience working with institutional or enterprise clients.\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbout Liminal : Liminal Custody is
