This role will be focusing on Taiwan and APAC markets.\nResponsibilities:\nIndependently responding to potential and existing customers’ technical queries\nDelivering tailored demonstrations to match the different requirements of potential clients\nUnderstanding and communicating the wallet infrastructure requirements of the potential clients\nProviding in-depth technical presentations on new and existing product features to existing clients\nWorking closely with the Business Development Team and other internal stakeholders throughout the sales process\nGathering feedback from potential and existing clients on product improvements, and communicating the findings to the product and technical teams\nDevelop and maintain guides and other technical documentations in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.\nQualifications:\n2+ years experience as an accomplished Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto/blockchain/ SAAS organizations.Client facing experience is a must\nShould have experience with SDK, API and integrations.In-depth understanding of distributed systems, databases, and developer tools.\nTalented in storytelling and presenting technical demonstrations.\nAble to communicate effectively technical knowledge and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences\nConfident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills\nKnowledge of Postman or other similar API tools.\nProficiency in Javascript/Typescript is a bonus but not a mandatory requirement\nFluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English\nExperience in blockchain wallet infrastructure and/or custody is not mandatory but will be preferred\nEducation - Degree inEngineering \nAbout Liminal : Liminal Custody is a digital asset management infrastructure platform, offering secure wallet infrastructure and custody-technology solutions for institutions across the digital asset spectrum.
